RSE & Consulting, LLC. was founded by Norbert Russ, Dipl. Ing.
Norbert brings over 30 years of experience in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, International Sales and Marketing, and Medical Device Quality System Management.
His priority is listening to the customer needs and proposing a safe and efficient system.
His experience includes being the site manager in Malaysia for an electronic workshop implementation for a naval base.
Working for one of the largest German companies designing Command-Control-Communication systems for naval applications. Over the last 25 years in the United States, he helped companies with Project Management, design of industrial systems for manufacturing, and consumer electronic Off-Shore manufacturing. During the last 6 years, he implemented Quality Management Systems for medical device design companies.
